My goal as a trainer and coach is to offer my players the best opportunity to better themselves and to develop with the help of my guidance and knowledge. I work with players of all abilities and fully understand the need for good technique training before tactical training. I like a team that passes the ball consistently with accurately before breaking the opposition with wide play and creative/killer passes. My teams have been renowned for their positive attitude and work rate, while the quality of soccer produced is at a very high level. I am very passionate and come to every training session with energy and great preparation. I love the game and I want my teams to play and act the same way.

My goal as a soccer consultant is to educate parents and coaches to the pitfalls of college recruiting or poor sideline behaviour. I teach the correct methods and help everyone begin to enjoy the game while watching their teams or their children play the beautiful game.
